Currently all of our budding musicians have blossomed into the Tutbury Junior Band.When there is a call for it, the Tutbury Training Band meet on Wednesday evenings 6:30-8pm, during term times at Richard Wakefield School in Tutbury.Our only stipulation is for you to have had some initial lessons and are working towards ABRSM Grade 1 or equivalent.
We do not advocate that the Tutbury Training Band is a replacement for lessons, merely an outlet to express your love for music with like minded people. All members are actively encouraged to progress to the Tutbury Junior Band as long as they feel comfortable with their standard of musicianship.
